We recommend

The meals will be delivered frozen and you should keep them in the freezer. We recommend pulling the meals out the day before you want to eat them and allow to thaw in the fridge. This process will stop the greens in the meals from losing color and overcooking. These meals microwave really well and it's our preferred method of heating but you can heat the pastas in a pot/ pan and the other meals in the oven, the instructions are on each pack.

  • Delivery

    We Delivery within a 15km radius of the Melbourne CBD every Saturday. We believe in using as little packaging as possible so we send your delicious meals to you in a recyclable brown paper bag. If you won't be home on the morning of your delivery please leave an esky or cooler bag out and pop your products into the freezer asap.
